Welcome to Ardent POS ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our point-of-sale software and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Mega Web Services, a company registered in Ghana.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ardent POS is a comprehensive point-of-sale and business management software that provides:

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Service without our express written permission.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mega Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mega Web Services from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
